This Buckled & Bent Alloy needed Alloy Wheel Straightening after hitting a big Pot Hole in the road. We were able to repair the wheel using our state of the art Alloy Wheel Straightening machine which can deal with most bent and out of shape wheels with no problem. Our experienced and specialist team can repair Bent and Buckled Alloy Wheels. We have machines which are used for checking wheels are safe and running completely straight and are symmetrically round. Sometimes flat spots are found around the circumference of the Wheel. These are caused by hard knocks and bumps from driving too fast over speed bumps and pot holes, in conjunction with the use of very low profile tyres which do not offer the Alloy Wheels much protection.
When straightening alloys we first heat the wheel to avoid damaging the alloy whilst reforming the wheel.
